Damaged in Transit?
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement right away. The sooner we know, the faster we can make it right!
Tracking Says Delivered, But You Didn't Receive It?
If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 15 business days of the delivery date. We’ll investigate and help work toward a resolution.
For higher-value orders, we may require a police report before issuing a replacement or refund — especially if tracking confirms the package was delivered.
